Nació en Sogamoso, Boyacá Colombia. Juan Eulogio comenzó su carrera como solista cantando diferentes géneros populares, folclóricos y comerciales.
Desde sus inicios se inclinó por la ejecución del requinto y demostró un gusto especial por la música andina colombiana.
Realizó estudios superiores en música años 2000 a 2007 en la Universidad Distrital “Francisco José De Caldas”, en donde obtuvo su título profesional "Maestro en Artes Musicales" con calificación 5.0 & tesis de grado meritoria. Bogotá D.C.
En el año 2010 tras ser campeón en serie de los tres certámenes más importantes de requinto y tiple colombiano adoptó su nombre artístico EL REY DEL REQUINTO COLOMBIANO con el cuál es conocido en la escena musical nacional e internacional.

En el año 2016 se convirtió en el ganador del X
CONCURSO NACIONAL "REY DEL REQUINTO CARRANGUERO" edición especial "REY DE
REYES" coronándose cómo el primer Rey de Reyes
Carranguero. Cota, Cundinamarca Colombia.
Su trabajo comercial se ha enfocado principalmente en la composición, fusión e innovación de ritmos tales como: vallenato, bachata y folclor colombiano, teniendo como base el tiple y el requinto buscando un sonido original y universal denominado “CARRANGA NUEVA OLA”.
Entre sus mayores logros se destacan el haber sido el fundador de la cátedra de Tiple Requinto (UDEC) Universidad de Cundinamarca en Zipaquirá, Colombia.
Profesor en el área de diplomados de la Pontificia Universidad JAVERIANA de Bogotá D.C.
Ha grabado más de 10 álbumes musicales, siendo el más importante “Con Estilo Único”. De este álbum sobresalen los títulos “Entre Sogamoso y Vélez” y “Flor Charaleña”, temas de su autoría.
Actualmente Juan Eulogio prepara el lanzamiento de su nuevo disco y una gira internacional por Europa, Estados Unidos y América Latina.

He was born in Sogamoso, Boyacá Colombia. Juan Eulogio began his career as a soloist singing different popular, folk and commercial genres.
From the beginning he was inclined to play the requinto and showed a special taste for colombian andean music.
He completed higher studies in music from 2000 to 2007 years at the "FRANCISCO JOSÉ DE CALDAS" District University, where he obtained his professional title "Master of Musical Arts" with a 5.0 rating & meritorius degree thesis. Bogotá D.C.
In the 2010 year after being a serial champion oh the three most important colombian requinto and tiple competitions, he adopted his stage name EL REY DEL REQUINTO COLOMBIANO by which he is known on the national and international music scene.

In the 2016 year he became the winner
of X NATIONAL CHAMPION "REY DEL REQUINTO CARRANGUERO" especial
editions "KING OF KINGS" crowning himself the first King of Kings Carranguero. Cota, Cundinamarca Colombia.
He is commercial work has focused mainly on the composition, fusion and innovation of rhythms as: vallenato, bachata and colombian folklore, based on the tiple and the requinto, seeking an original and universal sound called "CARRANGA NUEVA OLA".
Among his greatest achievements are being the founder of the Tiple Requinto (UDEC) chair at the University of Cundinamarca in Zipaquirá Colombia.
Professor in the graduate area at the Pontificia Universidad JAVERIANA in Bogotá D.C.
He has recorded more than 10 musical albums, the most important being "Con Estilo Único". The titles "Entre Sogamoso Y Vélez" and "Flor Charáleña" stand out from this album, songs written by him.
Juan Eulogio is currently preparing the launch of his new album and an international tour through Europe, The United States and Latin America.
